An accomplished business leader and entrepreneur, Janet began her career at Procter & Gamble, then founded in-sync, an insights consultancy. After its acquisition by Publicis Groupe, she served as Group President at Publicis Health and later joined McKinsey & Company as a Senior Advisor. But, as a creator at heart, The Difference Lab was calling.
